Diary of a Mad Hatter

The Hatter's attic is a mess, so he decides to clean it up. While doing that he and the Hare find an old diary from an ancestor and it indicates there is a treasure that has been hidden. Others find out about the treasure and this, of course, sets off a mad-cap treasure hunt with the Hatter thinking he's going to end up rich.

The White Rabbit finds out and claims that, according to Wonderland law, all treasure clues must be turned over to the Queen which is sort of a remark on how various local, state and Federal governments think that anything found within their territory belongs to them even if they never had anything to do with earning the treasure in the first place. Governmental greed at its worst.

Anyhow they find the treasure which isn't quite what most of them expected it to be.
