The Queen hits her funny bone, losing her sense of humor and then trying to ban laughter from Wonderland. She outlaws laughter in any form including smiling.

Then there's something that is rather odd. If you look at the second set of thumbnails, there is one which shows some kind of swamp creature trying to make the frog smile. The creature, though, appears to be in blackface which is extremely racist.

The Queen ends up banning all parties. The group tries to tell her jokes to restore her sense of humor, but it's not until the Queen hits her funny bone a second time before she returns to normal.
