Alice in Wonderland, Antarctic Press version

This is a four issue fairly standard publication of the standard Alice in Wonderland story, but with some interesting graphic differences. For one thing, the Mad Hatter looks like Jay Leno. Some of the animals in the caucus race are different from what are traditionally shown, and in one major difference from the original version, the animals in the caucus race get mad at Alice and chase after her with pikes and axes.

In the Duchess' house there is a major smoke cloud consisting of pepper. The baby in this case is a pig right from the start. Another graphic difference is that the face of the cook is just a dark area. A minor difference is that the tea party table in this story is much longer and is curved.

Another major graphic difference from other versions is at the croquet party. None of the cards have actual faces; they have blacked face-like structures that are in the shape of the card, such as a spade face, a diamond face, etc.

There is one strange graphic difference and that is in the Red Queen. In this case she is dressed and made up basically like a Geisha girl. She also has a fan in front of a good part of her face so we never see her entire face.

There is one story difference about the tarts that were stolen.
