Duped

Season 1, episode 8. Pete and Myka are working in the warehouse by the Lewis Carroll mirror. There's a problem and the mirror almost falls. Myka's consciousness gets exchanged with Alice Liddell's and ends up going on a mission with Pete. Later she gets back into the warehouse, her plan being to destroy the mirror but things don't go as she hoped.

Unlike a later episode the takeover by Alice is implied by how strange Myka behaves rather than her reflection in a mirror or other shiny surface. The main clue is that Myka appears in the mirror to Artie and Claudia. One really cool thing is that Jefferson Airplane's song White Rabbit plays for part of the show.
