The title is somewhat misleading except in one respect and that is a specific case of his making relatively large payments to a particular person who no one seems to know and for a purpose that also remains unknown. The name doesn't match that of anyone other than a couple of people who, for one reason or another, can't be the one involved.

Otherwise, the biography is pretty much standard, meaning it's good and interesting.
