Alices Adventures in Writing Prompts

Softbound. 74 pages. The pages will have a short piece of dialogue from either Alice in Wonderland or Through the Looking Glass. The dialogue is open-ended and the rest of the page is lined so that the reader can write out their own ideas of what could happen in the scene.

This book is perfect for the die-hard Alice fan, the creative writer, and the teacher looking for tie-in activities for the class reading list. (From Amazon's description.) The first two are okay but I think the third use is impractical for this reason. It would cost too much to buy the books so that the students could write in them, especially in a time when more and more schools are no longer giving students any books at all. (Which, to me as a former teacher, is one of the most idiotic trends ever in American education.)
