Shades of Alice

This is an absolutely fascinating series of books. (As of the moment there are three of them.) The artwork is on one side of the page. On the other side is a place where the person who colored it in can write their name and the date.

The artwork is greyscale meaning that it is basically a photograph that has been processed somehow. Real people have dressed up to pose for the photos. The one playing Alice is very pretty, probably in her low twenties. There are some pages which are text, although the text itself is not hollow and so can't be colored in although the rest of the page can be colored.

Because the art is greyscale it might prove somewhat difficult to color but the book is so neat looking that it will be worth the effort.
