Alice Through the Looking Glass
This is a musical version of the story. There are a lot of the top stars from that time, including Jack Palance, Jimmy Durante, Agnes Moorehead, the Smothers Brothers, Nanette Fabray and Ricardo Montalban. There is one added character named Lester the Jester. There are a lot of songs in this production.
Title.
Jack Palance plays the Jabberwock. Since he talks, then this is going to be another variation from the original story.
Alice.
In another change from the original story, the Red King appears on Alice's side of the mirror.
Also in another change from the original story, this Alice is quite obviously not a girl who is less than ten years old. Another change; the Jabberwock has taken over Wonderland somehow.
The others tell Alice that if she gets to the royal palace she will become a queen, the people will take heart and then defeat the Jabberwock.
The Talking Flowers.
She meets Lester, the Jester.
She meets three witches from other stories.
Alice is going to become a queen.
