Alice in Zombieland

This is another of the type of books that uses the name Alice to draw people in, thinking it might have something to do with Wonderland, but it doesn't. The cover shows an Alice-type character and some of the chapter titles remind one of Alice in Wonderland, but that's as far as any resemblance goes.

The book is about Alice Bell, age 16. Her father was always worried about something attacking at night. There's a car accident and Alice finds out what that something is. This sets her on a journey to learn about the things that attacked her parents and learn how to fight them and destroy them.

She meets a guy named Cole and the others who work with him and from that point on it's basically an attack-the-zombies book. For those who are really into zombies they will like this book.
