Actors doing a radio English lesson performance (which explains why they speak very slowly). One of the workers there wants to talk to some military person but is killed on his way out of the station.

Drake is told that the Chinese communists are getting information on fleet movements.

Drake manages to get a job at the radio station.

Drake talks to one of the people on the show.

One of the guys tries to kill Drake.

Drake has figured out that the guy had been emphasizing certain words in his script, and those words formed a code, so he's trying to figure out how to break the code.

Drake finds the people behind the code.
