Somewhere in Africa a guy is shot to death while his wife looks on with her husband, who had arranged for him to be killed.

Some representatives of the African government in question meet with Drake and want him to help them prevent widespread violence in their country.

Drake poses as a gun-runner in order to meet the man behind all the violence.

Drake takes the woman to her village to see people he has ordered killed.

Drake convinces her she needs to tell the people who really killed her uncle, but before that happens she manages to kill the evil man behind all the trouble.
