The teaching staff. 3-D is the room originally assigned to Yamaguchi.
The students do not give her a warm welcome.

One of the students grabs her.
It turns out her grandfather is a Yakuza boss.
They are going to eat. This leads to a hilarious section where she recalls names she was called that day and various of the underlings grab swords and threaten to get the students.
Her grandfather gives her some money as a present and the guys give her an outfit.
Two other guys give her a kimono. Thing is, she's supposed to take over the family "business."
The principal tells her not to let anyone find out about her "family business," or she could end up being fired.
The lead teacher has lost some money so he suspects Yamaguchi's students. She confronts some of them and starts to get a little testy with them.
Later a guy puts his hand on her shoulder and Yamaguchi starts to twist his arm. She then sees the guy from the bus and hides behind him, pretending to be afraid.
But, it turns out that the guy is a policeman.
The head teacher accuses one of her students of the theft. He calls her students trash.
She searches for evidence to prove the boy's innocence.
She spends all night looking for it and then he admits he told a lie and he did steal the money. She is then confronted by the gang leader.
She finds out that the boy had found the money the teacher had dropped (technically, maybe, not "stealing" it, then), but it was taken from him by other thugs.
She finds where the thugs are staying and knocks down the entire door with a sledgehammer.
