From the Heart: episode 3

Mayuko goes to talk to Juinichi at his school.

She tells him she's found a job. She's going to apply for an Internet weather forecasting company position.

Her father wants her to work at an assembly plant. Mr. Considerate. Yep.

The girl that she is supposed to be working with is also autistic.

More of her father's unthinking comments.

As a result, she's gone missing.

Junichi finds her alone at the park, soaking wet and terribly upset.

Junichi and Mayuko have a talk about his inability to cry and he ends up getting mad at her.

Her mother is trying to teach her how to smile.

His former girlfriend's sister still wants him to come to the third anniversary of her death. Meanwhile, she's written an article on Mayuko and her abilities weather abilities being due to her autism.

The service for his former girlfriend.

He doesn't attend the service but he puts some flowers on her gravesite.

Mayuko returns some clothes to him that he had let her borrow when she was soaked from the rain. She does not know yet that she got the part-time job at the weather place even though her interview didn't go well.

She tries to smile for him.
