Dark Shadows Episode 218
Roger tells Elizabeth that he made a phone call and found out that Barnabas is not registered at the inn so he doesn't know where he's staying. Roger also tells Elizabeth that Barnabas claimed he wanted to make some investments in the town.
Barnabas then shows up (wearing a hat, which is a rarity.) Barnabas tells them he'd like to move into the Old House. He tells them that he feels he belongs in the Old House. Elizabeth says she believed that Barnabas had died childless but Barnabas says the 'original' Barnabas had actually married and had a child but that he had enemies and apparently made up the story of his death or something like that.
Elizabeth confronts Jason and asks him where Willie is. Jason comes in and talks to Barnabas. Jason says he heard stories about all the jewelry the 'original' Barnabas had. Jason wonders about grave robbers. Barnabas tells Jason that the 'original' Barnabas was buried in England.
Roger talks to Elizabeth about Barnabas being allowed to use the Old House.
