Dark Shadows episode 5

Vickie plans to leave and starts packing. David attacks Victoria's luggage. Vickie talks about the sobbing she heard the night before. Vickie tells Carolyn that she lived and worked at a foundling home. Vickie explains about her abandonment by her mother, the checks the home received monthly and how the checks came from a town about fifty miles away.

She's looking for her birth parents, basically. David, meanwhile, is roughly shoving Vickie's clothes into her luggage. A guy appears while Vickie is out walking and tells her to pack her things and go home. The guy tells Vickie to tell Roger that Sam was around. He also tells her about Josette Collins. He says the townspeople hated her and her husband's family also hated her. He adds that even the house hated her.

Carolyn says her father left years ago. Carolyn thinks that maybe Vickie's father was the same as hers. Vickie finds her clothes messed up. David tells her that the widows want her to go home.

Vickie decides to stay.
