Dark Shadows episode 9

Malloy comes to talk to Elizabeth. They discuss Burke Devlin. Carolyn asks Elizabeth if she talked to Vickie. Malloy tells Elizabeth that she needs to get Carolyn out of the house as soon as possible. Liz says she's not afraid of Devlin.

Carolyn tells Vickie that three people committed suicide by jumping off Widow's Peak. Carolyn tells her that she hates Collinwood but she doesn't have the courage to leave. She also tells her Joe asked her again to marry him. Then she asks Vickie about Burke Devlin.

Malloy and Liz hear a knock at the front door but when she opens it there is no one there. However there's a broken teacup on the floor. She's sure David is responsible. Malloy tells her that Devlin is a dangerous man. Carolyn is obviously very interested in Burke.

Malloy and Liz are trying to arrange an out-of-town trip for Carolyn but Liz knows she won't go. Carolyn goes to the hotel to meet with Burke.
