The Dark Shadows Book of Vampires and Werewolves
This is a book of various short stories about vampires and werewolves. There is an introduction and nine stories. The first one is a story writtein in 1819. The second story shows how a can be dealt with. The third is a story about a werewolf kept in a zoo. He escapes and eventually returns to human form. He rapes a woman and later realizes he can't survive in a human world so he manages to turn himself back into a werewolf.
There's another vampire story and then another werewolf story 'from the Old Polish.' For the Blood is the Life is a vampire story that is probably the best story in the book. Another vampire story follows and then an entry which is the history of the vampire legend followed by the final vampire story.
It's very interesting how the older vampire stories seem to be written differently then the ones today.
