Lost

The Astraeus crew members have been kidnapped by the traitor Beverly and are hooked up to a virtual reality machine for the purpose of Beverly and her cohorts stealing the ideas that will come from the prisoners.

They crew seem to arrive in the future where things have been taken over by an army of Andys. This is one of the darkest times in the entire series and is one where evil seems to be quite triumphant. I came close to no longer watching episodes at this point since the people doing the evil, like Beverly and the senator, were getting away with whatever they wanted to do but suffered no punishment for their traitorous actions.

Eureka in the virtual reality phase is run like a Nazi state with no rights or privacy for the humans. It's being run by SARAH and the Andys by order of the traitorous senator.

The main people from Eureka stage a revolt to retake the town but they don't know, of course, that all their efforts are basically just dreams.
