Force Quit

The Simulation machine goes even more haywire. Beverly returns to Eureka, upset at the murder that the senator committed. Things become a massive mess with the machine and the real people, leaving Carter stranded, at least for a while, in the simulation. Beverly still plays her own game, of course, but manages to punish the senator for the murder she had committed.

It's an interesting scene when Carter and Jo have been talking about Senator Wen teaming with Beverly. They walk into the sheriff's office and there stands Beverly, claiming she wants to help them and telling them Holly was murdered by the senator. There are also evident problems in dealing with the return of the crew and adjusting to the felt four month passage with it's own events not being actual reality.
