Friendly Fire

The episode revolves around the crew of the Astreaus trying to adapt to the 'new' reality they find themselves in, the old 'real' Eureka. Allison has to adapt to seeing the VR Carter in love with Jo. Fargo has to adapt to Holly being dead. Others have similar problems they have to work through.

There is an accident in a lab which could cause major problems for GD. Then it's found out that the Astreaus crew members themselves are a potential danger to GD and its labs.

We also learn that Carter can not cook. Not at all. Fargo in particular has been very hurt by Molly's death. Fargo is undergoing 'bunny therapy.' A fireball/firefly gets loose and there's no way to track it. It can put out a fire, but it can start one, too. Allison is almost killed by one of them.

One of them attacks Carter's house and he's injured. The thing does massive damage to the house.
