In Too Deep

Allison delays on setting the wedding date. Allison and Carter end up trapped in a leaky submarine and face death by drowning. Once out of that problem they decide to get married right away before anything else life-threatening happens.

Holly could fade out of existence. Zane is put in charge of Section 5 and sets about trying to find a way to stop her from disappearing.

It's also prank day at GD. There's also an indication that Allison's family may be opposed to her marrying Carter. He finds out Allison's family looks down on Carter since he's not a genius nor does he have multiple advanced degrees in anything. Allison and Jack have a series of arguments while they are stuck on the submersible and then the sub develops a massive leak.
