To me I think the cover should have shown the two guys looking at each other, or at least looking in the same direction. Again there's more back story about Eric, the madman. He almost kills Allison. Taggart uses a bazooka on the guy and he even heals from that. He and Jo kiss and then he turns on her, hurting her. He is little more than in insane monster at the moment.
