What About Bob?

Eva Thorne is still working on eliminating jobs and trying to get GD to be able to turn a profit. Meanwhile, there's a place underground that is a controlled environment center with tall trees, etc. One of the scientists (who has hit on every female scientist sent there and whom no one likes) has disappeared.

(Actually the idea Eva has is not that bad. They would have to hide exactly where the inventions come from, setting up a dummy company of some kind to handle the selling of the things. I know that various characters talk about the excitement of doing cutting-edge science, but science should also benefit people in general (who are the ones who are generally paying the taxes that keep the scientists going.) GD makes tons of weapons systems but a lot of other things they make could help people around the house, etc, and there's nothing wrong with expecting science to have some practical benefits above the pure research that is done.) Eva establishes a consumer research division at GD (which, again, is a pretty good idea.)

At Cafe Diem Vincent and Fargo are watching the feed from the underground facility. People consider that a reality show and now they have two new characters (Carter and Allison).

It turns out another scientist messed with things on purpose and, as a result, everyone down there, including Carter, Stark and Allison (who all end up there) are going through a process of de-evolution, turning into reptiles.

From prison Henry is able to help find a solution, and that ends up getting him his freedom back. Meanwhile Eva has closed the town museum but for her own purposes. She's studying a film from 1938 that indicates the country had an atomic bomb then, and that the atomic bomb was linked to Eureka.
