Eureka Episode 4: Alienated

The basic plot revolves around Spencer, Fargo, Jo, Vincent and Taggart all watching a movie that they have hacked from a satellite. The problem is that they don't know the signal bounced off a GD military satellite that was programmed to make people paranoid. Thus, they end up believing that a visiting senator is actually a dangerous alien and they plan to cut it out of him.

Jo is also showing resentment at Carter being made sheriff instead of her.

The senator arrives and tours GD. At the same time Spencer has gone missing and Jo's acting high-strung Later the evil Beverly has sex with the senator. The find Spencer but he's nude, sitting in the middle of a crop circle and his hands are bloody.

Another plot theme opens with the Senator talking to Beverly about something called the artifact which has been moved to Section 5. Later Carter figures where the group took the congressman and he goes there to try to talk sense into them.
