Eureka: Episode 5: Invincible

One thing that's cool about this episode is that Carlson is played by the guy who plays Artie on Warehouse 13, but without the beard. He's absolutely perfect for the part. Later in the series Fargo makes a crossover onto Eureka.

Carlson is one of those people who are terrified by germs, etc. Unfortunately Beverly is also involved in the episode. Carlson does an experiment and it explodes, blasting Carter through a glass window. Carlson is fired by Stark. Carlson plans to commit suicide. Carter tries to talk him out of it but they both fall off a bridge, Carlson gets hurt but his injury heals itself, this relation his work on possible regeneration of human organs.

Carlson shows Stark and Carter how fast he can heal. It turns out the artifact accidentally caused the experiment to fail and blow up. Carlson finds out he cannot duplicate the experiment that gave him virtual invincibility.

Carlson is mutating and uses almost all his brain now instead of the 10% a person normally uses. When Carlson is in the street Nathan and a bunch of his guards try to shoot Carlson but he deflects a shot which nearly kills Carter. Carlson can heal Carter if he gets nearer the artifact. Allison doesn't know anything about it. Carl enters into the room with the artifact and disappears forever. Nathan lies to Allison about what happened to him.
