Hayley, the Rain Fairy
Rachel and Kirsty are still looking for the feathers missing from the, at the moment, weather-vane rooster. This time there's a lot of rain; a whole lot. The water is up to the window on one side of the house, and Rachel and Kirsty spot Haylen, the Rain Fairy.
It's then up to them to get the magical feather away from an always-complaining goblin who has a bad cold. They manage to find a way to trick him and restore the missing feather, leading to a re-animation of the rooster.
