Willow's Underwater World

This is one of the Flower Fairies Friends books, based on the books from Cecily Barker that are over eighty years old. The drawings in the book are wonderfully done, and I would not be surprised at all if some parents suggested that their children could color in some of the drawings and make the book uniquely their own.

The story is about Willow and various other flower fairies that have a problem; there's a flood. And a monster. And magic seeds. They have to undo the flood (which is caused by a dam built by human children), find out about the monster, and rescue the magic seeds. It's a delightfully fun story, and the book is a fine tribute to her earlier writings.
