Poppy's Perfect Home

Poppy finds out bad news; the humans are going to destroy the entire area where she and her fairy friends live. They have to flee, immediately, and try to find a new home.

It's a story about how human activities continually force other creatures to flee an area and try to find themselves a new home, making this another ecological-oriented story in the series.

Poppy and her friends do find a new home, but Poppy misses her old home. She finds that, even with the plowing the humans do, her flowers survive and she plans to go back home.

Which overlooks the very probable follow-up event; the humans will see flowers on the plowed land and re-plow the area, destroying the flowers again.

The story is a good ecological one, but the ending is unrealistic.
