Pearl, the Cloud Fairy

This is another in the Weather Fairies series of books, this one being based on a fairy named Pearl. Kirsty and Rachel see something very unusual going on; people are behaving in a very strange, usually depressed manner. They are also able to see small clouds over the heads of the people, and it turns out that this is related to an object stolen from the fairies and misused by the goblins.

The two human girls help the fairy recapture the missing feather, having to go through a large candy-making factory and then taking on a goblin that absolutely adores cotton candy.

A humorous and fun story.
