NOTE: I AM NOT THE AUTHOR OF THE ARTICLE. FOLLOWING IS A SUMMARY OF THE ARTICLE. YOUCAN FIND THE ORIGINAL ARTICLE USING GOOGLE.

The Main Points of: The Hunger Games: Its transmedial storytelling and a fanbase full of real-life Mockingjays

Some of the main points of this article include:

One definition is when some writes a fiction something (book, for example) and it gets picked up on other media. (For example, The Hunger Games began as a book series. It became a movie, You Tube videos, games, memorabilia, podcasts, tweets and a variety of other things. Not that many years in the past there was no way to use a computer and now you can and post messages and discussions on many media. )

Readers can become 'hunters and gatherers' as they search for information on various media. (Example: I'm going through numerous articles and noting main points so I can post them. I'm also watching various videos and have read a bunch of factual books on the series.)

(Some of the things available to the fan include the games, Funko Pop figures, Barbie versions of some of the characters, another smaller set of some of the characters, trading cards, artwork, posters, photos and many other things.)

(One disadvantage of things being on the Internet, though, is that some of them get dropped off and this includes some videos on the Capitol itself. This includes websites about the series. Around half the article was about things that no longer exist.)
