I*S

On the positive side, this has some of the cutest drawn girls in any anime. Iori in particular, but almost all of the girls are ultra-cute.

Unfortunately, that's about all I can say on the positive side. For one thing, the series is too long for what it actually covers. Essentially it's the story of Seto-kun who is in love with Iori He's the typical can't-make-up-my-mind and can't-express-my-feelings male, but there is nothing about him that makes him a sympathetic figure.

Seto-kun doesn't seem to have any really great personal characteristics. There's nothing to make a person sympathize with him. Tenchi (Tenchi-Muyo) and Kyosuke (Kimagure Orange Road), for example, both have problems with expressing feelings and being unable to make up their minds, but they are also both much more complex and sympathetic characters.

I specially don't like the last volume with the threat of violence and the crass selfishness of the "professional" people who block Iori from contacting Seto.

I think that maybe at a two or three-manga length the series might have worked, but it's way too long with way-too-uninteresting of a male character for me to care very much for it.
