Marmalade Boy

The story starts by introducing Miki Koishikawa, a nice, cute young high school girl who leads a nice, regular life. That is until her parents tell her that they plan to divorce each other. Seems they went on a tour with another couple and Miki's mother fell in love with the other's woman's husband, and Miki's father fell in love with the other man's wife so they plan to divorce each other, marry the ones they fell in love with and end up all living together.

In what they hope will be one big, nice, happy family.

The other couple has a son, Yuu, who can be totally obnoxious at times and at times incredibly considerate. Miki begins to find that she is falling in love with him. That wouldn't be too bad except for the fact that Ginta, a boy Miki had been in love with in junior high school and who had rejected her now declares his love for her.

So now Miki has to figure out her own feelings. Instead of the traditional anime series where a boy has to figure out his feelings for two different girls, this time we have a girl who has to figure out her feelings for two different boys (who, incidentally, don't like each other very much but have to team up to win a tennis match.)
