New Tenchi Muyo, volumes 3 and 4

Volume 3

This volume is entitled Dark Washu.

The battle between Dark Washu and Washu commences. There are five Dark Washus and the first one will take on Sasami in a cooking contest. The clone loses, badly. Shojo manga trivia is the next contest, with Ayeka for Washu's team. Dark Washu's team wins. The next contest involves Ryoko, with Ryoko losing. Mihoshi is up next and wins. It comes down to a combat match between Washu and Dark Washu.

Washu wins, but there's cheating and a fight between various Dark Washus. Later Dark Washu beats up Sasami and Ayeka. Then she beats up Ryoko. Later Minagi arrives at Tenchi's. Minagi helps the rest of them remember Washu after Washu had caused they all to forget she ever existed. Meanwhile she's fighting Dark Washu.

There's a vicious battle but Washu finally wins. Later she creates a new assistant, Tama-chan.

Volume 4

This volume is entitled Girls Get Busy.

Tama-chan and Ryoko are having problems, so Ryoko challenges her to fight. In the end, she ends up understanding Tama-chan and they end up getting along. Sort of.

The second story is about a possible ghost at Sasami's school. It turns out to be wild animals, though.

The next story is about Mihoshi. She falls on her head and her personality changes. She's no longer a clutz or a scatter-brain. The process is then reversed.

The next story is about catching a huge eel for a celebration.

The next story is about a French-speaking alien who makes crop circles.

After that there's a story about a martial artist that tries to fight Tenchi but gets beat-up by Ryoko and then wants to study under her. The story also involves an alien wanting to fight him.

The next one's a nice story about a haunted chair and a caring grandmother.

The next one's a nice story about Christmas and Santa Claus.
