Yuichi Sato, aged 25, has a maid named Miyu Kisagami. She refers to Sato as her 'master.' She also has extremely large breasts which are emphasized whenever he grabs her from behind.
She varies in her personality, though, usually being very cute, but sometimes being an ice princess. Sato has two major problems, though. One, Miyu is a robot. Two, he can't get her clothes off since they seem to be part of her structure.
While straightening up some things, she finds out he had gone out on a date with another large-breasted woman, this one at work. Both were drunk and ended up in a love hotel room. It's a set-up on the woman's part.
Miyu finds out Yuichi wants to have sex with her, but she can't remove her own clothes. Then she gets more sensitive and it seems they can have sex, but it turns out there's still a problem.

Miyu and Yuichi are in bed, clothed. They had been making out and Miyu felt really good. Yuichi finds out he can take Miyu's clothes off. Instead of continuing their make-out session, though, he suggests going out to buy Miyu new clothes.
She suggests going to a hot springs. They get there but something goes wrong and Miyu basically shorts out. If someone other than Yuichi touches her, it leads to that reaction. A hot and passionate kiss revives her. Before they can have sex, though, something goes wrong.

Miyu is wearing different clothes. Yuichi gropes her and she getrs turned on. Later, while Yuichi is out getting food, Shingo shows up. He touches her and she collapses. Yuichi returns, kisses her, and she revives.
Shingo gets drunk and says to Miyu she's beautiful. She eats something to make Shingo think she's human, but she can't really eat. Yuichi has to take her head off to fix her and Shingo walks in just then.
Yuichi has to explain to Shingo the fact that Miyu is a robot/android. They find the site Yuichi ordered Miyu from and get the starter kit for Shingo who assembles the hand (the first piece), and it introduces itself as Ruri Yukimura.
He assembles her except for her head which comes last. He tries to peek at her panties and she knees him. Her head arrives and he finishes putting her together.

Miyu can feel jealousy. Miyu and Yuichi kiss while Shingo is finding out his maid is quite violent and nasty, and he's not going to get her to have sex with him.
Yuri continues to mistreat Shingo, making him do all the work and treat her like a princess. When he comes home and sees her asleep, on day, he kisses her and she wakes up, grows wings, and attacks him. He runs to Yuichi's place but she follows and catches Yuichi in her hair.
The story is still interesting but has taken a much darker turn.

Ryru still has Yuichi caught in her hair. She then lifts him up and scans him. She gently puts him back down and calls him master. Ruri checks the website and examines the rules. Because Yuichi bought Ruri, he was not allowed to transfer her to Shingo, so Ruri is now his.
There's a scene where Ruri chops vegetables by using swords which is extremely similar to one scene from Ranma ½ where Ranma-chan does the same type of thing, just using knives instead of swords.
Both maids get temp jobs at the same place and at first do well, but Ruri's bad attitude causes a problem. Ruri gets fired and goes off somewhere.

For some reason Ruri is out on a fishing boat and catches a load of fish using one of her weapons. It's Yuichi's birthday. Miyu has given him a sweater she made. Yuichi tells Miyu he loves her and Miyu says she loves him. He gets her outer clothes off when there's a knock at the door.
Ruri has returned and has wrapped one of the (huge) fish she has caught as a present for him. Ruri sees that Miyu is naked and she takes off and runs to a park.
The guys in the green suits show up to take possession of Ruri under an obscure term in the contract. They also tell him that repossessed maids are disassembled. Six months pass and he gets a hand kit and finds out he has been monitored and they will allow him to have Ruri back, and she will be his.
