Wish
Schuichiro Kudo is a young, successful surgeon. He saves a small figure that falls from a tree and it turns out that she is an angel. (Kohaku). She offers to fulfill a wish for him in thanks for his saving her, but he doesn't have anything that he wants to wish for.
The more Schuichiro insists that there is nothing he really needs, the more frustrated the angel becomes. She's also strongest in daylight, but becomes her mini-form at night. There's also an evil being (Koryu) that wants to fight her. He sends two women working for him to earth to try and find out why Kohaku to earth since she has a reputation for being a klutz.
He agrees to let her stay at his house for a while. Meanwhile, the two girls, in the form of cats, are spying on them.
Suddenly a messenger from god (which has the appearance of a very tiny bunny) gives Kohaku a message that she is supposed to return to heaven. She asks to given a little more time to say on earth. It also turns out that one of the four "angel masters" has been missing for several months and that is why Kohaku came to earth, to try and find her.
Schuichiro and Kohaku go riding on his motorcycle to find the lost angel when Koryu attacks them. Suddenly the lost angel appears. It turns out that she and the son of Satan have fallen in love and had sex. They can't go back to hell or to heaven because it would start a war.
Schuichiro offers to let them both stay at his place. Koryu's two female helpers, in cat form, are riding on Schuichiro's shoulders and are getting rather attracted to him.
