Concert 8/17/2003

The Peace: There is a small part of the song shown but most of this first track is short clips of various girls talking individually or in small groups.

Shabondama ("Bubbles"): One of the few Morning Musume songs that I actually don't care much for.

Scenes of the concert hall from outside and people waiting in line. Then there are very, very short clips from some of their songs. Then there's a similar section on some of the shuffle groups.

Get Up Rapper from Salt 5, about 15 minutes into the first section. This is a slightly different version then the video and has the audience going absolutely crazy. They can sing the song almost perfectly as it's being sung by the girls. This also happens to be my favorite "cute" song of anything Morning Musume or the various subgroups and shuffle groups have done.

Various subgroups within Hello! Project is introduced.

With the entire group on the stage all the girls sing some song in a chorus-type approach and they sound incredibly good. I don't know the song; I thought it might be the Japanese anthem but it doesn't sound the same.

Backstage and other goings-on.

A solo performance. It's a good song and it's well done, but I don't know the name of the song.

Another solo performance and another song that I'm not familiar with.

Another short backstage interview.

Get Along With You, solo performance by Nakazawa Yuko.

More backstage talking.

Kowarenai Ai Ga Hoshi *("I Want an Unbreakable Love") 7 Air. A fairly decent song.

ZYX backstage interview, then doing a song Iku ZYX! Fly High "Let's Go ZYX! Fly High") A pretty good song.

More backstage talking.

Uwaki No Honey Pie ("Unfaithful Honey Pie") Country Musume. It's really a cute song.

More backstage talking.

Taiyou & Ciscomoon doing Uchuu de La Ta Ta which is a fairly good song. The audience certainly loved it.

More backstage talking.

Mini Moni talking. Notice the tendency to not have all the girls wear the same outfits as one has a different color on. Is there hidden meaning in this? Do they just not have enough costumes of the same type? Is this part of some great international conspiracy?

The talking is followed by a solo performance and I don't know the name of the song. The girl has an excellent voice.

Mini Moni doing Minimoni. Kazoe Uta-Ofuro Version ("Minimoni Counting Song-Bath Version"). Yes, it's a song about counting while taking a bath. You cannot get cuter then this.

More talking.

22 Sai no Watashi ("My 22-year-old-self") [Natsumi Abe]: a very good song.

Backstage, other Morning Musume members watching Natsumi Abe's performance.

The group Romans ("Romance"). Then they do their song Sexy Night. Not a good song. Not at all.

More talking.

The group 11 Water doing their song Be All Right, which is a pretty good song.

Chance of Love, done by Melon Kinenbi, which is a pretty good song.

Melon Kinenbi doing Akai Freesia, a fairly good song.

More talk.

A solo performance by Matsuura Aya doing the song Good Bye Natsuo, which is a good song.

Matsuura Aya doing her song Love Namida Iro ("Love: The Color of Tears"). It's a pretty good song.

She does another song, Yeah! Meccha Holiday ("Yeah! Super Holiday") which is also a pretty good song.

Morning Musume practicing a song.

The song Do It Now, which is quite good.

As For One Day, another good song.

Souda. We're Alive, one of the songs I really like.

Some talking on the stage, followed by introducing the various Hello! Project groups and individuals.

Finally the entire group of people do the song The Peace.
