Golf, episodes 4-10

Episode 4

The two other women sort of make fun of her rather high score for two rounds of golf.

Apparently the three women will not compete against each other.

Aya's first drive does quite well, probably the best drive shot she's had in the entire series. The short woman with the dark hair misses the ball her first swing. The tall woman accidentally knocks the ball off her tee. When she does hit the ball it goes off almost 90 degrees to the right.

The women can call a golf expert for help. The tall woman, after instructions, makes a really good shot onto the green from a lie on a hill. Aya is getting help figuring what to do for her fourth shot. She ends up making a very good shot.

Episode 5

On the par 4 Aya took 8 shots while the others took 15. She was helped in particular by her drive, which went farther than it usually goes, and in the right direction.

They have another lesson in yoga related to golf.

On the next hole (which seems to be the same one they just played on), Aya and the tall woman both hit good drives. The shorter woman slices her ball some, but it's still not a bad drive.

The golf expert is called in to help. Notice what seems to be totally dead grass. I still can't get used to a golf course with almost all dead grass. It also seems that the tall woman and the short woman tend to face at an angle to the direction they want the ball to go, but it usually still goes to the right.

It's getting dark rather quickly. It gets to the point where the only light is coming from the lights being carried by the camerman's assistants.

Aya has the best score on the hole.
