The first three minutes of the video consists of an extremely boring section where people watch a new Morning Musume billboard being put up. The last minute is also pretty much wasted in a scene where a guy listens to the song on headphones in a store while all the copies are bought out from under him.
The video probably has the highest number of costume changes I have seen in any Morning Musume video ever, and also has a lot of computer work involved in its animation.
