The description I found of this said that it was a live-action, pseudo-documentary about the group.
Mini Moni (second generation) gets called into the office. He asks Mika, who is now the leader of the group, "What is Mini Moni?" She says it was formed to show that even small people can do big things but he accepts that only as a partial answer.
He asks the other three girls the same question and none of them can give him an answer. He then tells them that, with the way the group is now (whatever he means by that), they won't get a new song and he's putting the group on hold.
This is basically a repeat of Document 1 but with different editing and a few different scenes, but the events are the same. The episode ends with Mari Yaguchi appearing at the door.
The girls are taking it hard, then Mika thinks that they are blaming her and the group seems to be about to break up.
Document 4
Takahashi Ai quits the group.
Document 5
Takahashi Ai went to Mari Yaguchi to ask her to rejoin the group. Nozomi and Kago both appear in the room to ask Yaguchi to rejoin. Yaguchi tells them just to break up the group.
There was a shift somewhat in the type of songs done when Yaguchi left and Mika Todd took over, and the groups popularity apparently did drop some.
Document 6
About half the episode is a repeat of what has happened so far. In the short part that remains Yaguchi wants them to tell her what Mini Moni is and when they can't she suggests they break up.
Document 7
Things improve when Yaguchi takes them to see the new group ZYX and they finally realize that Mini Moni "belongs" to children and to those who love Mini Moni so they decide to keep the group going. Document 8
In this episode they get themselves together and start working hard on their dance routines but at the very end of the episode Nozomi falls.

They get new costumes.
They work on recording a new song.
Document 10
Tsuji falls during dance practice.
The girls get a notice that they new song will be unveiled and pemmded soon, but they don't know if Tsuji will be ready in time.

At first it seems they will be without Tsuji.
Tsuji shows up and says she is ok, but when they leave for the performance; she is the last to go and she's limping.
Document 12
They are going to be performing at a Toyfest.
They are ready to perform.

Mika doesn't show up for a program. She's trying to work on a personal problem.
Document 1
Mika is trying to decide wheeter or not she go somewhere. The other members of Mini Moni knows something is wrong with her, but Mika is not confiding in them.
Document 2
Ayaka, from Coconuts Musume, shows up. They talk and Mika says she's not unhappy where she is in her life right then, but she still wants to try other things.
Document 3
Mika is listening to a song by an American singer.
Document 4
Mika realizes that she needs to tell the first leader of Mini Moni what she is going to do. She goes to talk to Yaguchi and sees her in the hallway, but Yaguchi runs away.
Document 5
She tries to talk to Yaguchi over and over, but Yaguchi keeps running away.
Document 6
Mika announces she is going to leave to study music in America. This particular episode, though, has the timeline saying that she decided, announced her decision and then wanted to tell Yaguchi, whereas the last episode had her decide, then try to tell Yaguchi and she hadn't even announced her decision officially.
That puts a completely different spin on the events. It gives Yaguchi a reason for running away from Mika, whereas, in Document 5, there wasn't any logical reason for Yaguchi to be running away from her.
Document 7
Mika pretends to be one of the workers bringing costumes in order to get to talk to Yaguchi.
Document 8
Yaguchi says she was afraid that Mika would tell her she was going to be leaving. (Yet, in Document 6, Mika supposedly made an announcement that I'm sure Yaguchi would have heard). Anyhow, Yaguchi is not mad at her.

Document 1
Mini Moni's last show.
They are ready to go on stage for the last time.
Document 2
Yaguchi joins them on stage for their Mini Moni Jankenpyon.
Then it's back to the regular four-member rotation for their final song.
