Mechaike Okajo Taiikusai
The basic concept is that Morning Musume is tricked into taking part in an athletic festival. This one takes place after the Mechaike Bakajo Kimatsu Test episodes, by the way.
The location of the trick. They were apparently told they were going to be on the show Hey, Hey, Hey to do one of their songs, but instead it's a school room.

The term for a person whose no good at sports.
The first event is the 50 meter race.

Kago Ai comes in as the slowest of the students in the race.
The high jump will be the next event.
One set of girls manages to jump the bar at 100 cm. For the others, the bar is lowered to 90 cm. to see if they can jump that height.
The next event is the hurdles.
They had a sit-up competition then at lunch their parents were there. After they they have an event where they are trying to take the hats from the top person in each group.

They've been trying to jump fifty consecutive times, but each time someone makes a mistake they all have to start over. By this time they've been trying for over thirty minutes.
This is taking its toll on the girls. (In the background they're playing Simon & Garfunkel's Hazy Shade of Winter.)
It takes them fourteen attempts but they finally make fifty consecutive jumps (with 15 people jumping the rope at the same time it's obviously an extremely challenging thing to accomplish).
The Hello Pro Kids group does a dance number to entertain Morning Musume.
The first place winner.
Takahashi Ai is second place and Iida Kaori takes third place.
Kamei Eri is fourth place and Konno Asami is fifth place.
Sixth place is Yaguchi Mari and seventh place goes to Ishikawa Rika.
Abe Natsumi is eighth place, Ogawa Makoto takes ninth place.
Tsuji Nozomi is tenth place, then we go even further down the list.
12th place, then 13th , leaving it up to Yoshizawa Hitomi or Kago Ai to be the "crap girl" of the contest.
Yoshizawa reacts to the Hello Pro Kids giggling at what is going on. Yoshizawa takes 14th place.
Last place, the "crap girl", is Kago Ai who gets her "award" for being last place.
