These are not the real parents but fake parents used for comedic purposes.
After lunch with their "families" there's some entertainment for the Morning Musume girls.
After the fun part of the show they have a fake fight between these two clowns.
Where it gets out of hand (in my opinion) is when the "angry" clown chases the Morning Musume girls, more than one of them seriously scared by what is going on.
