An Illustrated History

1. Love So Pure: A really good song of theirs.

2. True Asia/Asia No: Junshin: Another quite good song, with some similarities to ABBA music.

3. That's The Way It Is/Kore ga Watashi no Ikirumichi: One of my favorite of all of Puffy AmiYumi's songs. It reminds me very much of a Beatles song.

4. Electric Beach Fever/Nagisa ni Matsuwaru Et Cetera: Yet another really good song. This one is quite disco-like.

5. Wild Girls On Circuit/Circuit No Musume: Another one of the really good songs that they have done.

6. Sign Of Love/Ar no Shirushi-Captain Funk's Puffy de Samba Mix: A rather warped version of the song. Interesting due to its strangeness. More annoying than enjoyable, though. Makes one wonder why they waste time and cd space doing something like this cut.

7. Puffy De Rumba: On the other hand, this type of thing works very well. It's in a very good rumba style and the song itself is good and there's no ultra-annoying silly sounds.

8. Talalan: A country-western type of approach? Not sure just what it is. It's ok, but that's it.

9. Sunday Girls/Nichiyohbi no Musume: This one is sort of Mexican like in the way the instruments sound. The song itself is ok.

10. Friends/Tomodachi: A good song.

11. Mother: Another fairly good song.

12. Neholina: Not a bad song, but I find it annoying the way the last syllable is pronounced with unneeded emphasis. Maybe a stupid peeve, but I still find it bothersome.

13. Brand New Days/Atarashii Hibi: A pretty good song.

14. Stray Cats Fever: Another pretty good song.

15. Puffy's Rule: One of the songs that I like a lot, and they do an incredible job on it when they do it live.

16. Jet Police/Jet Keisatsu: Some WHO-like guitar music in the opening. This is another of their songs that I like a lot.

17 Boogie Woogie No. 5 (Bonus Video): I like this song quite a bit, but it was really great when they did it live in the concert I went to.
