Sports Festival 2003
This is a festival in which the Hello Project girls compete in running, hurdles, jumping the horse (I hope I'm naming this piece of gym equipment right), relay races and also a soccer game.
There are four vcds covering this event, the first two of which seem to cover training, the last two the actual event with a fair bit of near-dupliation on the discs.
What is quite interesting on the first couple of discs is the background music chosen. I recognized the William Tell Overture (The Theme from The Lone Ranger,) the music to Bridge on the River Kwai, various works of John Phillips Sousa, ballet music, the Theme from Superman, the theme from Mission Impossible, and Simon and Garfunkel's Hazy Shade of Winter.
Disk 1

 Next the girls run the hurdles. |
Sit-ups are next. |
 Three girls carry one girl and the object is to take the hat from the top person of the opposing team. |
 Next is a 150 meter relay race. |
 They all jump rope, the object to get to 50 consecutive jumps. |
 The girls are getting really, really worn out from all the exercise. They started around 9:30 in the morning and now it's after dark. |
Disk 2
The first part of the disk is basically a rehash of the first disk, but with different shots of the same events. Then it goes into this section, where the girls are paired with people who have brought various lunches with them. During part of this section the theme song to the Micky Mouse Club is played.

In what I assume is supposed to be a funny section two clowns fight with each other. The mean one chases the girls around and it looks like at least one of them is scared and/or upset.

Disk 3
 The place seems filled to capacity for the event. |
 Mari Yaguchi is hurt; Looks like something was wrong with her leg and it ended up hurting her a lot. It seems she had to withdraw from all the other events.. |
 Kago Ai appears to be hurt after running the hurdles. |
 Mika manages to jump over the object. |
Disk 4
Mika fell during the 80 meters hurdles but apparently wasn't hurt.
