Dead in the Family

This is another really good book in the Sookie Stackhouse series. Bill appears, but not in a really major way. Sookie gets visited by her fairy relative Claude. She also gets to meet Eric's sire, along with that sire's newest 'child,' a 'child' that is really totally looney-tunes and incredibly dangerous.

There's also trouble in the werewolf ranks, and Sookie helps out with that. There's a push for legislation forcing all the two-bodied people (all the weres) to register with the government, and they are really quite upset about that.

The world of the fae had been closed off but there seems to be some still hanging around, and that's not necessarily good for Sookie.

As far as action goes, the book is filled with it. Another really enjoyable read.
