Undead and Unpopular

The story starts with George telling Betsy that there is a zombie in their attic. She, of course, doesn't believe him. The zombie, of course, doesn't care what she believes.

Betsy also plans to give up drinking blood. Sophie and Liam are visiting, and Liam wants to be turned into a vampire so he can be with Sophie, who is a vampire, forever.

Some European vampires visit, and Sophie attacks one of them. He was responsible for making Sophie a vampire. The rest of the meeting doesn't go any better.

Betsy has to try to protect the vampire Sophie wants to kill and mollify Sophie at the same time. In addition, a book about Betsy's life comes out (Undead and Unwed), and creates problems of its own.

The punk that wrote the book tries to kill Betsy when he finds out his memory was blocked.

Her grandfather escapes from the nursing home, but he's found and brought back. (The description of all this is really funny.)

She also has to take care of BabyJon a lot (again, really funny descriptions.) She also offers to turn Jessica to help her get away from her cancer. Then she has to confront (finally) the zombie in the attic.

Alonzo falls to pieces, and the killer calls Betsy. There's also a surprise birthday party for Besty.

This is another thoroughly enjoyable book in the series.
