The book covers a lot of haunted places in and around Cincinnati. There is a good description of what is going on at each place and the book even has a good number of photographs.

An interesting chapter is Don't Mess with Ouija. It notes something I believe strongly and that is that the Ouija board is something you don't mess with. It is comparatively easy for a lower-level spirit to enter through that means and only trouble can result.

This is one of the better-looking books on the subject. Worth getting.
