Encounters in the Woods, volume 1

The book has 20 stories of people encountering Bigfoot creatures in wooded areas. The encounters themselves are interesting but there are also clues about Bigfoot behavior.

There are also levels of violence the Bigfoot will use. It seems they just want to be left alone. If not left alone, they get thump trees, scream and throw rocks. That's one level.

Another level involves things like trying to push an RV over.

They also like to look in wondows. (Peeping Tom Bigfoot.)

There are also a couple of cases where the Bigfoot either stops trying to scare someone or actually saves a peron's life.

There's also a case of trading that happens but with a lesson to the human trader.

The book is good in showing the variety of interations that are possible.

It seems that the Bigfoot is human-like to some degree but still behaves more in thet manner of a regular forest animal.
