Fear in the Forest, volume 8
The first entry is, in my opinion, way overwritten like it was following a script or something. It was about something called the Honey Island Swamp Monster.
The next entry is about shadow people but what makes this different is that they are nine feet tall, not normal size like other shadow people. There's also another major difference in that they walk into water and sink which is unlike anything else I've read about them.
The third story is about a Silver Giant which seems to be a Bigfoot. It smells really bad and it destroys anything left behind which seem to be standard operating procedure for a Bigfoot.
Then there's a really strange cryptid which has flippers or fins and a seal-like body. Two more Bigfoot stories follow, one of which shows again the territorial nature of the Bigfoot.
Then there's a skinwalker story with a woman breaking her leg. There's two Bigfoot stories that follow, one of which has two Bigfoot looking up at some food hanging in a tree trying to figure out how to get to it.
Two of the next three stories are hard to figure out what kind of cryptid is being referenced while the third story is a standard Bigfoot story. The last story is about a werewolf.
The somewhat unusual book of this type in that various cryptids are not matching other known forms.
