Fear in the Forest, volume 9
The first story is about shadow beings at a girls summer camp. The problem here is that the girls saw things but the camp counselors refused to believe them. This was after six girls cried and huddled together and led to several girls leaving the camp.
The second story is a Dogman stories. This is followed by seven Bigfoot stories. Typical are the howls and large footprints. Stolen food is another trait as Bigfoot is both a hunter and a scavenger.
After that there's a story about some kind of faceless cryptid which has the ability to change its size. Then there's another cryptid which I don't know the specific name of. It's fast, naked, bald, has gray skin, black eyes, a piggish nose and giant lips.
There's one important point here, though. In many cryptid stories that take place in a forest there's a period of time before the appearance of the cryptid where all normal sounds in the forest cease. This would indicate that the animals in the forest can somehow sense the presence of the cryptid and are terrified of it and so when they realize there is one around they instantly go silent.
Another unknown cryptid follows. It's ten feet tall, around 600 pounds, has a large head and gray skin. The next story has either a Wolfman or a Dogman.
Another Bigfoot story follows with the usual bad smell. Then there's another odd story with the cryptid being four feet tall, blurry and having a tar-like appearance and a green glow.
The last story is another Bigfoot story.
The book has a slightly larger number of unknown cryptids than usual.
