The book notes that secrets inspire suspicion and this happens on a lot of different things. After Roswell apparently a group of self-styled 'experts' decided to take over UFO matters including contact with actual aliens.

The book says the Roswell crash resulted in four dead aliens, not three dead and one alive. They were thought not to be from this solar system.

Tech advances due to the captured saucers resulted in fiber optics, lasers, bullet proof vests and other things.

Operation Paperlcip is discussed along with the Trinity test and the MJ-12 operations manual. It also says the project has been in contact with space aliens.

One very interesting thing it says is that the aliens work via a hive mind approach just like the Borg from Star Trek.
